La música es mi Musa
Invitamos al público en general a participar en la exposición colectiva “La Música es mi Musa”.
La cual se inaugura el sábado 4 de Mayo a las 19:00
horas y permanecerá en exhibición hasta el 31 de Mayo en Espacio
Artmósferas. La inauguración se realizara durante el
festejo del 1er aniversario de los programas radiofónicos República Rock
y Alterna, se transmitirá en vivo por la señal de UABC Radio en
Mexicali 104.1fm, Tijuana 1630am, Ensenada 95.5fm y por internet en la
página

Presentaciones de Bandas de Rock y solistas alternativos por confirmar.
Convocatoria
El requisito es utilizar algún objeto referente a
la reproducción de sonido (cd, vinyl record, reproductor mp3, etc) o un
instrumento musical como lienzo o material moldeable. El tema, tamaño y
técnicas a utilizar son libres.
Cada obra debe presentarse lista para exhibir e
identificada con sus datos: Nombre de autor, titulo, técnica, medidas,
año, avalúo, correo electrónico.
Los participantes foráneos pueden enviar el archivo
de sus trabajos al correo artmosferas@gmail.com para su selección e
impresión.
La fecha límite de entrega es el 18 de Abril, la selección se dará a conocer el 25 de abril.
En caso de ventas de obras de arte, el 30% del
precio de venta se dona para el mantenimiento del espacio. Si alguien
quiere comprar una obra que vio por primera vez en la exposición, es el
deber del artista donar 30% aunque la venta se lleve a cabo después de
la exposición.

Open call for art works to be exhibited at Espacio Artmosferas.
Work requirements: use an object reference to the reproduction of sound or a musical instrument as a medium.
There is no specific theme to this show, all techniques are accepted.
Each work must be ready to display, include all
your info on the back of each piece submitted: artist name, title,
medium, size, year completed, price and email.
The foreign participants can send a file of art work to artmosferas@gmail.com for selection and printing.
The deadline for submissions is April 18, the selection will be announced on April 25.
In the event of sales of artworks it is expected
that 30% of the sale price be donated to the gallery. This applies to
all works in the exhibition. If someone wants to buy a work that s/he
first saw in the exhibition then it is the artists duty to pay the
gallery 30% even if the actual sale takes place after the exhibition is
down.

The TJ Foundation opens a new acquisitions campaign, dedicated to contemporary
artists’ works created during 2012. The TJ Art Foundation will evaluate all
kinds of artworks, including video, installations and performances. The artists
and group of artist can propose until 10 different artworks.
